Our first fire station for the City of Lago Vista for 2020 was strategically designed as a prototype firehouse to meet the ever growing needs of the community. Located in the heart of a rapidly growing area in Lago Vista, this station provides fire service to numerous areas. Considerations to critical design elements including budget, site selection, staffing, layout, square footage, maintenance, materials, and operating systems were analyzed with keen efforts to design and construct a state-of-the-art fire station to serve the community for years to come.

The new Station #101 was designed to accommodate 6 fire fighters with offices and a watch room. There are three pull through bays (with 1 back-in bay) with trench drains centered on each bay. Also located in the station is a Triage Treatment Room, Large Day Room with Dining Room, Large Kitchen (with 3 Separate Pantries with Storage & Refrigerator in Each), Laundry Room, 65 lb. Extractor, Washer Dryer,

Turn Gear Dryers (with Room for 30), Large Workout Room, Rain Water Collection System for Irrigation and a Covered Outdoor Patio.
