The Oaklands HOA came to us in hopes of bringing their current facility, which includes a pool, baby pool, clubhouse, and restrooms up to the most current HOA facility trends. This project is unique because it has a drainage stream running right through the property and so we are designing the property to accommodate underground drainage to allow for a better flow from the clubhouse to the pool spaces. All finishes on the interior of the clubhouse and restrooms will be replaced with new finishes to brighten the space. New signage has also been designed for the entrance of the neighborhood and the clubhouse for a more cohesive look.
