Cortec Precision Manufacturing Facility is a 120,000 square feet manufacturing facility located in Pflugerville, Texas. The exterior is made up of tilt-wall construction and has a low slope roof. Interior clearance is between 30 feet and 25 feet. the facility was built so the Owner expand into the entire facility, but lease out a portion of the facility to other manufacturers. Exterior finishes include painted tilt-wall panels with limestone wainscot around the exterior. Some panels are totally covered with limestone to accent the exterior facade. Plantings and landscape furniture has been provided at each of the entries. Loading docks are located in the rear of the facility with drive through doors and dock high doors for ease of accessibility.
Cortec Precision Manufacturing manufactures sheet metal parts for the computer industry. Many different types of manufacturing equipment and processes are located within the building. These range from laser cutting, punch presses, press brake, MIG and TIG Welding, power coating and wet painting, clean room, machine shop, etc.
