Through an extensive needs assessment with the City of Round Rock, KAH Architecture relocated the Convention Center and Visitor’s Bureau from an old house to a prime Main Street location. A one of a kind, full height ceramic wall and specially designed reception desk welcomes the public upon entrance. New lighting and a wood brochure cabinet highlight and organize city literature. “Clouds”—acoustical tiles mirroring cloud shapes—create visual ceiling interest and give support for drop down accent lighting.
Private offices, a comfortable break room doubling as conference space, and ample storage enable efficient day to day business throughout the space.
