We have done numerous remodels and additions to this building/property but the latest addition and renovation is going to be the best yet. In this addition we are redefining the flow of space and the entrance of the facility. The current design is open to two different sides of the property creating a challenge to control access in and out. We came up with a eye catching new addition on the I 35 side to distinguish the main/new entry into the facility. In this new addition it will house, a new lobby, new membership services, several offices and an expansion of the child watch area. In the existing interior space we completely demoed the current locker rooms and relocated them in a more functional location which allowed us to open up the fitness floor and incorporate new exterior windows to allow natural light in. The locker rooms will have more of a spa feel to make the end user fell more calm and relaxed while enjoying the new addition of a steam room in each locker room. Finishes in this space are neutral in color, including wood porcelain tile, marble porcelain and wood phenolic lockers.
